Gotta talk about yesterday because it was a good day and I didn't chart last night. 1.25 hr at the gym, Worked hard and feel it today. Calorie intake 1000.
Went out after movie for dinner and had Seared ahi with sauteed Vegetables. Oh, and took raw carrots for movie snack. Great healthy choice! Had one Dirty Martini with dinner instead of wine. I feel really good about my day!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
