been off work with my back, so just ate and ate all week, i got down to 10 8 last year that was great, but through stress i have had trouble all i crave is chocolate, ended up on antidepressants, so my main problem is sorting that out once thats sorted i should be able to sort the food out , possitive thinking from now on well i am going to try x
