Cheat day!! ok i am obviously not responsible enough as yet for a cheat day, I almost trippled my daily calorie intake!!!! seriously now....oooo crap!!

Diet Calendar Entries for 14 April 2012:

I don't recommend a cheat day, but a single cheat treat once or twice a week might do it....

I have cheat days too and mine was yesterday. But I do try to indulge only in one meal and I try and make up for it in the rest of the meals of the day. That prevents me from feeling too guilty. The lack of guilt usually has me looking forward to the next week when I can indulge in another yummy meal.
