Yesterday - Lunch 6 small pieces of bacon pizza left over from Roberta. Dinner 8pm at Heather's very small piece of ham left over from Easter, patato casserole, & small piece of lamb cake. 11:00pm fresh strawberries w/ sugar sprinkled over them.

Lost so far: 20.4 lb.
Still to go: 37.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
