Weekday walk number 29: "the Cross", 2.7 miles in 70 minutes, at 2.3 mph - First walk without suspenders (found a pair of pants that fit, y'all!) Y'all crack ME up! Now I'm picturing the Goodwill Store that I frequent for the intermittent sizes I go through! @rubato456 - if you're feet are sore (usually) it's ill-fitted shoes or you're going too fast.
