hmmm...I'm hoping this weight loss this week is just from the decreased sodium levels (staying away from pop and processed foods). If this rate keeps up, I'm going to reassess my caloric intake.
143.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
