Happy Friday.

Today is my 85th day of logging all foods whether I like it or not. (You can't change what you don't acknowledge [A weigh in is coming... The truth shall set you free])

In addition to logging my data into FS, I have been also doing this in a spreadsheet which allows to me to put together even more powerful charts and it has been revealing some interesting things to me that I will gladly share with all this Sunday the 89th day of logging as opposed to the 90th day since that lands on Monday and I will be in the office and may not be able to upload pictures from there.

I am making it count and so should you.

I'm looking forward to seeing the stats. Are you having blood work done too? Would love to see what changes in cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides and PSA numbers you had.

Sounds good I'm usually all about the numbers, but you are definitely kicking it up a notch from me.....great job:)

Excellent, & Yes have spreadsheet and doing comparisons does help tremendously. And Once can see the individual date of what is actually being eaten. Great Job!!!! :)

Thanks moogiemynes, crankybuzzard, ApacheTiger37, Tbaygirl, Scalewatcher3, Alnona, rosin29, RiverRes & Maine coon. @Apache in Feb 2018, my next annual physical, I will request a LDL-P to ordered in addition to regular blood work. I suspect my elevated LDL of 178 is from large fluffy LDL particle size which is good. Small LDL particle size is dangerous and increases the risk of CVD. On 4/19/13 my HDL was 46 (>40 is good) and my Triglycerides was 227 (<150 is good). As of 2/18/18, my HDL improved to 62 (>40 is good)and I got my Triglycerides down to 124 (<150 is good). As for PSA I can't find that in any of my lipid results and will ask next appt. I will get my Tri's down even more. Back to the lab I go!!!

Your posts are very interesting. I find these conversations about actual nutrition in practical terms AND changes in physiology to be very helpful. Spread sheets huh? How do I do that?

Sounds like someone's splitting proverbial hairs - 89th, 90th... and you don't have that many left to keep engaging in that type of behavior, Brother (LOL)!

Glad to hear, the numbers sound very good.

It would be a nice feature for FS to allow uploading data to excel or such...

Already counting down to your big reveal! Logging is the bomb, isn't it? Seems I can't quit it even when I try to relax. Spreadsheets, wow that's next level. Don't go giving me big ideas.

I love planning my meal day in advance. It's like shopping. Logging is crucial to success.
