Ugh I am getting so frustrated! Although I am ecstatic that I have already lost 10 lbs scene I started this diet almost 2 weeks ago I am so frustrated that I am stalled out at my current weight. I have been stuck in the 268-270 rang for 4 days now. I am hoping working out hard today can get me back on track.

It's perfectly normal for the body to stay the same weight for a few days or more, especially after such a huge weight loss in such a short a mount of time. Stay with it. It will move again.

try eating only protein up to 7 oz. for the three meals and water or only apples up to 6 apples a day and lots of water nothing else that should help. try it good luck.
