I Did it, the scale read 179 this morning, I have not weighed this weight since I was 13 years old, so 9 years ago. I know numbers on the scale shouldn't mean allot, but 179 is a HUGE milestone for me, because last year march I got down to 180, and then got back up to 212, so I have overcome my platuea and kicked 180 goodbye for good. It's a big deal to me because I had a big set back in my weight loss but its how you deal with it. Are you going to give up or are you going to believe you can do it. Losing weight is no walk in the park it takes 110% dedication. I am no longer considered Obese, haha just overweight, and I only have 20% of my weight left to lose. :-) I wish there was just a switch you could turn on that would just make you lose the weight, but I realize every tear, sweat, stress IS ALL WORTH IT IN THE END, this is a journey for me and there is no turning back. Last night I was trying on my clothes and they are all to big for me, Clothes shopping here I come, actually my reward for getting to 179 is I need a new workout shirt for running. Everyone have a good day!!!!! and thanks for all your support and encouragment every day
