Christansprayers's Journal, 12 April 2012

Well, Today marks the first day of the second week of my diet. I have stayed with the calories I was given for the most part :). I have walked every weekday and I took the weekend off. I think my boys are starting to dread the morning walks, but maybe it was just because today big sister was home from school and went with us on our walk. She got to walk so maybe that's why they weren't to happy to be riding and not walking too. Pushing the double stroller makes it slow going but today I went farther than before so I feel like I am making some progress. I don't have a scale so I guess I will weigh in after my next doctors appointment in 3 weeks.
