Started working out heavily so confused a little bit about foods I should eat >.>

1655 kcal Fat: 91.37g | Prot: 84.02g | Carb: 132.92g.   Breakfast: Oat Bran, heavy whipping cream, bacon, Egg. Lunch: yellow corn tortilla chips, sour cream, Honey mustard kraft, Spinach, spring salad mix, shrimp meat. Dinner: shredded cheddar cheese, corn & whole wheat artisan tortillas, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, ground beef. Snacks/Other: nutella, wheat bread western farms, Caramel Popcorn snack well, Monster Energy. more...
