This sucks. All I do is eat. I eat when I'm happy, I eat when I'm sad, I eat when I'm stressed, and I eat when I'm bored. I really need help. I've even thought about hypnosis. I just don't know what to do. Please keep me in your prayers.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Have you tried a ketogenic diet?

You need some plan and keep yourself busy. Keto diet works if you like fatty food but it is important to avoid carbs (starch and sugar) so certain food would be out of your shopping list. At the moment I`m not on Keto but generally I was very happy with this died and I was never hungry. I hope you will get back on track and start to lose. All Best

Also, you must record all the food you eat. If you snack a lot then all those numbers are adding up and you end up well overboard.
