Down 2.2! YAY!!

I really messed up last weekend and gained back almost EIGHT lbs! I was having a really good time with the BF though and sometimes, that is more important (or at least I think so). ~v*

its nice to know im not the only one who can move the scale like that in a weekend. Glad you enjoyed yourself but looks like you are refocused. good luck in your war against the scale :)

Hahaha! Thank you for saying that because, I thought I was the only one who could do that and now I know, I'm not the only one either!!!! And yes, I am absolutely refocused! I 'did Atkins' a few years ago and kept the 57lbs I lost off for almost 2 years. I had to 'restart' Induction several times before I got going really well because I felt like I just HAD to get 'all of it in' before I couldn't have it anymore. That was kind of my reasoning this weekend. Back then, I would have considered this a 'restart' but, I'm trying to get my mindset back to 'blowing one meal' doesn't mean I have to blow the whole day and just move forward. I have been on Induction for 11 days and I did poorly for a few of those days, I have to move forward and just take it as it comes. HOPEFULLY, this doesn't happen too often this time around! It is so frustrating sometimes though! Again, thank you, and good luck to you as well!!
