Thanks From371to184! Any prayers, good wishes, and positive vibes you can send would greatly appreciated. Already a very difficult time of the year for me emotionally, and now that I'm facing major surgery, I just can't seem to follow my own instructions. I mentally tell myself to do one thing and unconsciously find myself doing the opposite. I make terrific tasting healthy food for my lunch (butternut squash & white bean chili), and then find myself placing an order with Grubhub (Chicken tikka Masala) for delivery. If I can stretch that into two meals than it won't be as bad, but I'm recording it as one for now, because I just can't trust myself.
