Feeling like crap. Bloated badly. eating too much and too much crap, by which I mean veggie sub, pasta, pretzels, and in general too much!
starting back to counting calories, watching portion sizes, and eliminating crap like night time pretzels or chips.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 October 2017:
1033 kcal Fat: 26.67g | Prot: 61.33g | Carb: 142.48g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Coffee, International Delight Vanilla One Touch Latte. Lunch: Sour Cream, Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes, Cooked Green Cabbage, Bananas, Green Peas (Frozen), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Cooked Kale (from Fresh). Dinner: Great Value Fat Free Cream Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Cascade Pride Sour Dough English Muffins. Snacks/Other: Apples, Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Publix Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Peanut Butter. more...

Sorry to hear this. I checked your Diet Calendar for today and yesterday... is this all you're eating? I don't think you're following Keto or Atkins, but your protein is way too low - maybe your body is thinking its starving and holding onto everything?
