Today is day 5 of my 10 day yoga self challenge. I'm half way through! I knew that I could do this physically, it was a time challenge. So far I have made time to do this, yoga, giving up pop, journaling and meditating. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. This is the toughest year mentally. Today was especially tough. I got through it with a headache starting and went to yoga class. No headache after class!
I did well eating and drinking today. Can't wait to see where I am in 5 days.
