So I'm following plan but I went up. Of course this has to do with the fact it my "girl time" of the month. UGH!! I hated it when it does that. Plus, I'm trying out swimming suits, so depressing, for our honeymoon to Mexico and I just feel horrible!

I'm motivated to lose...I worked out this morning on the treadmill for 15mins and then some shaping excersices. I'm going to get on the treadmill again tonight (usually I walk outside, but it's in the triple digits here).
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

You can do it girl..... this time of month is always not a good time to weigh, but like me, we just cant help ourselves. Well what a great incentive.... Mexico for your honeymoon...sounds great, just take one day at a time, you'll get there, maybe do the Take off to kick start you again.

awwww - don't you just HATE that????!!!!! There have been a couple times I nearly threw in the towel - sticking to the program and then not losing, and a couple times even gaining!!! A couple weeks ago I gained 3 pounds in one week!!!! I almost stopped at the DQ - thinking, if I'm going to gain like I've eaten 3000 calories, then..... That was one HARD day! But bneibaur --- I drove by the DQ and the next weigh-in, I lost 5 pounds!!!! So hang in there girl!!!! Three digit temps? You in Arizona?
