I made "breaded" chicken... dipped the chicken chunks in egg and then used pork rinds as breading. Baked 350 for 40mins, no foil to get them a little crunchy. Panned up asparagus in some bacon grease and garlic powder and sprinkled with some Parmesan cheese. Dipped everything in chipotle ranch and tapatio.

@t8u9 it turned out really good. My first time ever having pork rinds 🙈 but it was a 0carb breading, so I had to try it out!! My kids loved it too! So I'll be baking this up again.

I saved a recipe for chicken cooked this way but hadn't tried it. Now I will. Yours looks delicious!
