Starting again as I've slipped into " maintain weight " modeā€¦.Sooo easy to have the odd wine , snack and too much bread ! Exercise program is good now that the weather has improved.
182.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
