Tina Boothe's Journal, 23 October 2017

Hello stranger -

Well I am really feeling down today. I just weighed myself and I am the highest I have been in quite some time. I started Camp Gladiator in Feb and workout on average about 4 days a week - I am almost at my 100th check in but still no results I like. Maybe I am weighing in mid day, maybe I am coming off a weekend in Colorado for a wedding, maybe I am just 45 and getting harder to improve but I am sad. I will start logging my progress and hope to see something better by year end.

Urgh... frustrated Mom

We each have our own path to our goals. For me, these have been some of the keys- 1) Motivation- whatever your motivation is, keep it on your mind continuously. 2) Plan- come up with an eating plan you can live with and that is sustainable 3) Focus- stay focused on your motivation and your plan 4) Goals- once you have a plan, set obtainable goals. Losing 100 lbs may be your ultimate goal, but set intermediate goals of 10 lbs so that you reach a milestone in a reasonable time 5) Accountable- Journal your eating and exercising EVERY DAY AND EVERY BITE. Study the data you are gathering to determine if you are on your plan. Good luck

the body can get stressed from to much working out. and that causes cortison and that causes fat. limit your work outs to two 15 minute ones a day. 15 minute morning 15 minute afternoon. I love body by lucy on youtube , she has short workouts. there are many to follow on youtube that are only 15 minutes
