I haven't weighed in two weeks, and probably won't for another couple of weeks. I usually weigh myself once a week on the non-digital scale at my gym (LA Fitness). I've used it for the last 6 1/2 years, and I know they calibrate it regularly. I like the consistency of using it. I was sick the last week, so didn't go, hence no weigh-in last week. Tomorrow starts Hell Week at Orangetheory, so I will not be doing anything other than those workouts this week. I usually go twice a week to Orangetheory, and 2-3 times a week to LA Fitness. This week, 4 times at Orangtheory, and none at LA Fitness. Hell Week ends next week at Orangetheory, so I plan on going to LA Fitness as usual after that. So, probably another couple of weeks before weighing. Since I weigh just to make sure I'm staying within my maintenance range, I'm fine going a month without weighing (I think...).
