I just "found" this Web portal while doing research on chia seeds, I started Mt diet in Aug 14 when I started a new job. Originally I was up to 275. Have seen health benefits with physical aspects of new job tasks combined with dietary supplements and calorific intake. Having getting bored with simple bowl of weeds, have been trying healthy additional ingredients to keep me eating "weeds". Balsamic vinegar, avocado oil, and chia seeds are the latest.
Salad ingredients include cucumbers tomatoes, scallions, radishes bell peppers and romaine lettuce. I have a 2000 calorie breakfast then the salads for lunch and dinner. In the afternoon, ( I work an 12 hr shift ) I'll have a couple granola almond bars and drink lots of water. Whew!
