Alright! So, it's taken me my entire life to finally become serious about healthy eating habits and working out, but I'm here now. I'm currently what I deem skinny fat. If I don't suck in my stomach it looks like I'm 3 mts pregnant and my arms and legs are on the smaller side. Currently my focus is toning my body and ridding myself of the pregnancy gut. I'd love to get to a point in my life where I don't unbutton my pants while eating at a restaurant... though who am I kidding?... I'll likely always do that. At least in my (hopefully) very near future it won't be a necessity, instead, just something that weird chick at table 5 is doing. :)

I started at 128 last week, and my target is 120. Today I weighed in at 125, so I'm moving down slowly. It's been 5 days since I began hip hop abs. I can see a small difference in my belly, but overall, not much has changed to me.
