Today was my weekly weigh in ...and glad to say I am down 7lbs. I stuck to induction faithfully...not quite enough water. Trying to work on that this week. Needed to start my exercise this week...stupid cold and fluid in my ear has kept me from getting started. Hopefully this will clear up soon...really want to be working out.
