Thank-you, I looked at it. Most people do not understand that vegetarianism and veganism describes the diets needed by only about a quarter of the population on this earth. My daughter needs to be vegetarian. Her body CANNOT process most animal proteins. Beef, even grass fed, gives her migraines and intestinal distress. There are many, many Americans like this, and they do not know that this is the source of their problems. On the other hand, many of us cannot survive without animal protein. I am one of them, so I chose a different way of eating. My body simply cannot digest plant proteins. Grains, legumes, and fruits tear up my insides. I would suffer malnutrition and starve on a vegetarian diet. I tested this. I kept to a strict diet thinking it was the way to go. Even as a child, I had shunned meat. As an adult on a strict vegetarian diet, I gained weight and developed allergies. A laundry list of autoimmune diseases surfaced. I could not get pregnant. Then, I ate meat and shunned grains. Now, I have two adult children and no allergies. My diabetes and heart disease are going away on the LCHF diet. There is no "one size fits all" diet, but there are powerful people with agendas. Eat what makes you feel your best.

Great comment, Moogie. What works for one person might not work for another. I also learned this the hard way. Very glad to read how well you're doing.

I won’t tell anyone what to think, but I do suggest everyone educate THEMSELVES by all knowledge that is available. I’m willing to watch and spend time if others have suggestions as well.

Exactly, ApacheTiger. Everyone should have as much information as possible and then decide what is best for him/herself. There is no one size fits all when it comes to individual health.
