Three weeks...8.6 lbs. no aches or pains. I think fasting twice this past week, plus regular walking routine was big boost. Feeling stronger physically and mentally. I only feel hungry when I am actually hungry! Whodathunkit?!
256.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
