Legs getting sore. Wonder if I need to let them relax tomorrow. I did 3 miles in 50 minutes today. Only 30 seconds better, but better nonetheless. Still did a little over an hour . Just occasionally have to set small goals while I run. Like just five more minutes or until the next commercial. Also I made sure I did five one minute jog/runs throughout my exercise. Slowly seeing results on the scale. Can't wait to see it in my clothes too. In a month I know I will be down a size. Maybe then I will let myself have some ice cream. The girl in me that loves food is a tricky little Vixen too. Today she said later when we go in town we can get some ice cream. The vain one who wants to be thin again said o that sounds really good. We should do that. Then the brain kicked on and said whoa are you trying to trick me? I know how hard I have to work to make sure that ice cream won't stick. And let me tell you what it ain't happening. You want ice cream you better just dream about eating at night. Lol! Seriously these are the discussions I have with myself. Sometimes I wish I could just take off this fat suit. I don't most people realize the time and dedication that goes in to looking and feeling healthy. I am so glad there are so many people here going through the same thing. I wish I knew one person that had the will power and motivation I do to exercise and relate with. But if nothing else thank God I have God. At least I know He is with me every step cheering me on. He gives me the strength and knowledge. I want to give Him all the praise!
