Hi, this is me ... This is how I look at this moment, weight 94 kg. The fatest I've been is 103 kg but I do not have photos because I did not let anyone photograph me. This community of FS motivated me to take this picture and I only share it with you. Formerly my weight was between 60 to 65 kg until I developed hyperinsulinism and hypothyroidism, fattening 40 kg in two years until an endocrine told me what I had. But now with all of you I feel more motivated in my weight loss, I learned a lot about keto and fasts and today on my fifth day of keto diet I feel great, without craving for carbs, without starving. So let's move forward, with strength and enthusiasm ...
