(1) Under 12% BF --- BOOYA!

(2) At gym, after sauna, I was under 145. I'm not recording it because I promised to be consistent and only record first thing in the morning on my bathroom scale .. but since my starting weight (195) used the same sauna cheat, I'm going to declare myself a member of the "Goodbye 50's" club. Good bye and good riddance, you miserable pile of (expletive deleted). You are not welcome here so don't even think about returning! I'll be watching!!!

(3) I have a bit of a party weekend coming up. I put a few pounds in the bank especially for it, and if I have to make a withdrawal (probably will), I'll even up the score over the course of the next week or two.

@T8U9 There is an InBody "Composition Analyzer" at my gym .. like this: https://www.inbodyusa.com/page... I'm sure it's not as accurate as a DEXA scan or hydrostatic weighing, but I'm lucky to have it available to me. I'm surprised that normal doctors don't have these gadgets .. maybe they do in a back room somewhere. Ask around .. you might find one. And thanks all for the great comments and support.

I'm lucky to have fairly easy access to inexpensive BodPod (air displacement) at a lab and van-based DXA. Universities with physiology programs often have this equipment, with some hours open to the public for a fee, and if a student is doing a study, you might even get paid. DXA gave similar fat-% results to BodPod (21.5 vs 22, respectively), but extremely specific visceral fat and muscle (a)symmetry readings. I don't let doctors weigh me, because I can't deal with the BMI lectures based purely on height and weight. You're right, doctors need pressure to at least inform patients about access to composition analysis. If gyms can afford equipment like yours has, wouldn't it be worth space in doctors' budgets?
