OK, so I am going utilize this a little more. I want to try and see if there is a tie between what I eat and how I feel afterward. I had eggs coffee, creamer, and bacon for breakfast and feel a little sluggish.
I also didn't sleep very well last night due to my daughter falling out of bed. I have a slight headache, but it's not terribly bothersome, at least not yet.
Otherwise, I feel pretty decent. I have pain in my leg, lower back, wrists, and feet, but nothing severe.
