I won’t be weighing in until the first week of December or so. That’s my annual DOT Physical. In the mean time I’ve cut down on pretty much everything. I have a BAD thing for cracked pepper sunflower seeds. Then I found out the salt was causing some problems with edema. My solution? Buy the things in bulk and season them myself. I found a supplier and have gotten roasted and unsalted 25lbs of the things. Bagged them up in gallon zip locks, season them one bag at a time and enjoy. (Not sure how many calories burn splitting the little buggers) My question? Without a heat source, does anyone have any ideas or advice on getting spice to stick? EVO and Lemon oil work to a degree, but there has to be something better!
