Went to my weight loss support group was awesome 👏 tonight. Learned a lot, I will start my walks in the morning,and evening. I pray my weight goes down. I just want to be normal. Wear normal clothes,walk without losing my breath.

All the best with your goals, LSG. The majority of people here are very supportive. As well as monitoring your weight, don't forget to recognise non-scale victories (NSVs) such as dropping a clothing size, walking around the block faster than you previously did, someone commenting favourably on you losing weight. They're great for maintaining focus when the dial on the scales isn't moving fast enough :)
