I hit the gym yesterday. I mostly worked on my upper body and added a couple of sets on the squat machine. Intensity was better than Monday. I woke up this morning sore and hungry...
154.3 lb Lost so far: 30.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone!!! No complaints about the soreness and I'm pretty happy I woke up today. If I go to the gym and don't feel the after effects, I'm disappointed in my effort...
