Jogged 2.25 miles today, okay so it took me 33 minutes to do it, but it's further than I have jogged without stopping in more than 25 years ... so I'll take it. :)

Yeah.... Well done - don't know about you, but I find jogging for long periods of time quite difficult - it's the breathing issue that gets me. Walking fast is no issue. Onwards and upwards for you then :-)
