I need to find another eating plan. KETO is not working for me. WHY? I dunno. Maybe 'cause I'm recovering from an eating disorder.

No answers for hot messes like me.

God bless.

I dropped keto (for now) and I`m trying to focus on more balanced and nutritional diet. A bit of everything but less calories. I think health wise it is better option. In my opinion the keto is perfect if you don`t fry and do consume natural oils and fish fat.

I really do not believe that there is one diet that suits everyone. I'm thrilled with keto after years of trying other kinds of diets. It seems perfect for my metabolism/physiology. People are different. In athletics some are sprinters and some long distance runners, so why should there only be one diet for everyone. You will find the one that works for you eventually and then you will be happy doing it and with the results. Wish you all the very, very best in your quest.

Eat a little bit of everything. I suffered from eating disorders too and I still struggle something after 6 years of being fighting against them. Take it slow and do the healthy macronutrients a day: 50% carbs 30% fats and 20% protein.

Also, I don’t believe in fad diets (I am a nutritionist).

I like what Princess Ballerina says. You have to do what works for you. Keep trying you'll find what's right for you!

Another fad. Eat healthy, eat proper portions, and exercise. Overeating, eating bad, and DRINKING too many calories are the 3 biggest things people do. Once you start actually seeing what a "meal" looks like vs piling on food you can instantly tell why we are getting bigger and bigger.

I use Naturally Slim principles - it is a program that our insurance at work covered for us - but it basically teaches you how to loose weight while eating all your normal everyday foods. It can be done - I am proof. I don't believe in following 'fad' diets either - they always end up announcing how bad it was 10 years later...LOL Good Luck!
