Made it to my goal. Low carb now for nine months. Did it without exercise, just the diet. Will now set a new goal of 175 pounds. Low carb is my preference because it can be a lifestyle instead of just a diet. Whatever route you take, just be consistent. Do one that doesn't need a cheat day. If you can't do it every day, you will finally give into the cheat menu. Good luck, Steve
