Have done a bunch of research on low carb or Keto eating. I hope everyone realizes that this is VERY HARD on your liver and your heart, which is why if you are doing this, YOU HAVE TO DRINK AT A MINIMUM half your weight in straight up WATER everyday!

Any thing that is below 80grams of carbs per day is considered low......

I know my experience is anecdotal, however, I've been doing VERY low carb for a very long time now and Keto (when I can). I just had a check up, and my labs are perfect.
