Woke at 219.0, up 6.2 pounds of water weight after a late dinner and a couple of beers! I have an after hours event where I will be eating out again tonight, so more trouble may be in store. UPDATE: Did happy hour and then another steak (but less) at another great place nearby. Came in the door at 220.8, so the 219 is today's low.

That looks so good, except I can't have the bacon. But I have avocado nearly every day. That looks like a great club sandwich, without the bread!

I would eat that in a heart beat..Matter of fact I'm taking a picture of this and have one of my students make this for me today, but I made some pickled eggs the other day, and we made peppered thick hand cut bacon will add them instead..Thanks
