My weight hasn't been moving but I think it has to do with slacking on my water intake. I am going to up my water and see if that helps. 😊

Good luck - just don't "gorge" yourself on water... the body MAY want to hold onto it if you're eating a very low calorie WOE (cannot tell by your Diet Calendar).

I have been logging on Cronometer but I try to stay between 1200-1500 calories. So, not super low. I was going to aim for half my body weight in water. 😊
