Today I'am starting the beginning of my 6 1/2 week journey to tone up and look good in my wedding dress, I have fallen off track within the last couple of months, and have gained about 8 pounds!! Ouch! With all of the easter candy sitting on my counter, oh and the birthday cake, it's not going to be easy, but I'm trying hard to remember that wedding dress that will be coming this week will look much prettier on, if 1. I look fitter, and 2. feel fitter. So here we go! Aside from the bach.party this friday, I'm going to try extremely hard to be firm on my eating habits, and exercise, even joining the local exercise group here, and doing Zumba, and Circut training, running, doing PINK method, I've even downloaded some new tunes for my Ipod and purchased a arm band! I'm hoping to loose about 8 pounds, and gain a little big of lean muscle! So heres hoping I can gain back the last couple of months, that I've fallen off track!!!!
