Good Beautiful Morning Dear Diary Gosh what a nice Morning it is here in S.W. Washington!!! I will be going for a walk or 2 today. I did get that 2nd walk in yesterday. Tomorrow is a big day for me as far a weighing in goes!! I've been at a Plataue for more than 2 months and something defiently has to give. If I'm still at the 160 - 162 lbs at weight in tomorrow then I'll do a fasting for several days and then do a SPIKE for 1 day then get back to my 900 - 1000 calorie per day program. I know this being stuck can't possible last forever!! Well, It's getting time for Breakfast so I'll close for the day. Until Tomorrow Dear Diary. As always, I'M THINKING THIN. ARE YOU?...Marlene

Marlene, I just read your post and noticed that you areeating/drinking a lot of the atkins shakes. On the Atkins Facebook page, successful folks there really recommend only one per day, and none at all if you are on a stall. I know you weren't necessarily looking for advice, but I figure thats why we are in this group, right?? Also, you aren't eating very much food, so your body could be holding on to whatever you do eat. Just a suggestion, eat 12-15 net carbs in foundation veggies, some protein and fat with every meal, and limit your shakes to one per day.
