I am so tired of struggling with my weight. I try so hard and when I stop getting results, I fall off the wagon. I am almost back to my original weight from two years ago. I had lost 60 pounds and have put it ALL back on minus just a few pounds. It is so frustrating...Hoping to jumpstart weight loss with atkins then slowly transitioning to really healthy eating with some complex carbs. Praying for strength.
