30 POUNDS DOWN!!! Every battle, every win is so worth it when the numbers just keep going down. What a learning experience this is - I'm discovering a much stronger person in me than I ever thought existed. :-) Oh, by the way - For any other low-carbers that have problems with maltitol - I've discovered Quest bars - meal bars with no sugar alcohols, lots of fiber, and lots of protein - and they actually taste pretty good - especially when you pop 'em in the microwave for a few seconds! Haven't found them in a store yet, but you can order at their website or on Netrition.. Very filling!
