Today is the first day of phase one and I'm anxious, nervous, and excited all at the same time.

I hope that all goes well and that I can stick with the diet as long as it takes ... and hoping hubby does too!

Our goal for 2008 is to lose a combined 100 lbs. which is definately possible!
