still weigh the same 👎 I've started a keto woe and feel pretty good. I'm not a stickler about the macros but fs sure helps me to not go over and quit b4 thetes no turning back 😅😅 I try and mist days succeed at staying uner 60 grams of carbs daily. I know that 20 _ is the norm but ohhhh the migraines I get with to few carbs. My body requires a wee bit more. I hope you are all moving towards your desires and you slip, well, just get back to it soon. 🐽🐽 be well everyone, life is good!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I agree with @From371to184. Maybe low carb is not for you...but do listen to your body and follow what it's telling you. We all here to support you.
