Started my health kick last month March 15, weighed in at a whopping 312.5. Current weight at 293.4. Have been doing Atkins Induction for the last seven days. Prior to that I started something akin to Atkins but was not recording food or carbs. So far 19.1 pounds lost. My goal is to be at 275 by the end of this month. In order to accomplish this I will need to develope an exersize routeen, and maintain my diet log. Keeping the carb intake to the suggested 20-25 carbs daily. Realisticly; I would expect a 10 lb wt loss by the end of the month. However there is the incentive of the 275 milestone.
