So I tried out the Cabbage Soup Diet last week and it proved to be a big success! Both my mother and I lost 5 lbs and we are wicked excited. This week we are going to start the Special K challenge and I really hope that's just as successful.

Great job! The Special K challenge is sooo easy to follow. I love cereal and their Red Berries cereal made it hard to believe I was doing good for myself. I did manage to drop 4lbs on it. Good luck to you and your mom!

Thanks a bunch. Yesterday was a little hard for me! I think it's because on the Cabbage Soup diet I'm used to being restricted on what I can eat all day, but on this diet I'm able to have one meal of what I normally eat (more so what I want to eat). Sooooo I wasnt really used to that and sort of pigged out on that one meal. Lol! I think I'll do a lot better today though. I'm really enjoying the Vanilla Almond cereal, but maybe I'll try the Red Berries cereal next time. Thanks for the good luck.
