Wow! Yesterday, I just let go and ate quit a bit of sweets, to include cake, chips and pizza! Not to mention the glass of cream soda! I need to really whip my behind in shape!! However I'm feeling the temptation with Easter upon us today. Chocolate is not a problem to stay away from,but it's the yummy fixings that go along with the Easter feast. I want to be able to enjoy it along with my guests!! What to do? what to do? oh my!

Stay strong!! Fix your own yummy fixins - deviled eggs, pickle wraps, any low carb treats you might have. I'm dealing with this today too, and figured the best way to battle it, is to fight food with food - I'll have my own things to turn to when everything else is tempting me. Low carb brownies going into the oven in ten minutes - lol. Hang in there - one day at a time, and this one is almost halfway over!! :-)

I caved!!don't know what happened? I'm usual strong willed and can resist temptation no problem!! and the day is only half way over...I can't and won't excuse it, but tomorrow I'll have to start fresh,a fresh new week and just work harder! oh boy oh boy!
