Phew...I'd like to thank the gods of perseverance, potential and yes, even a little bit of pain for helping me get back on track. I know the week is going to show an 8 lb loss - but I consider it closer to 3 (because last week's weigh in after my mom's visit was kind of...bloated).
I was hoping for 242, or maybe even 241 - but this feels great. This will help fuel me for at least another month as I keep working to get under 200 lbs. Still a long way to go - but today at least, I feel like I'll be able to make it :)
