Same weight as last week but have gone up and back down to this same weight. I know I need to drink more water and eat more veggies. I'll try to do better this week to get past this plateau and drop below the 144.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
